Our wine selection is curated by my father, Alfredo — a lifelong enthusiast turned collector, whose passion began in the 1990s during a trip to Piedmont. With a nose trained over decades, my father is attuned to rare and peculiar bottles. For the right audience, he can talk all night about a single vineyard and about how a wine changes beside the perfect dish.
